Year of the.... häst!?

It's been a bitterly cold winter so far--lots of ice, not so much snow, but that hasn't stopped us from ringing in the year of the horse!

My take on "long life" noodles.

Spring rolls and egg tarts--yum

Kung pao chicken--with considerable less pow than a few years ago.
Yes Nikki, it was edible.

Here's to an exciting year of the horse!
